Spent Xmas holiday at this hotel and the pool was amazing. The setting was beautiful and it was great to be able to bring our pets along. The staff were wonderful and always attentive to our needs. the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and tourist attractions.

The shower lacked hot water and the music at the kiosk was excessive at night. We also had some issues with the breakfast options and the price charged was higher than expected.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely warm, helpful, and accommodating, which really made a difference. The hotel has lovely gardens and a nice pool, and it is also pet-friendly which added a nice and welcoming atmosphere to our stay. Additionally, the location was great and the massage options were a nice touch.

It was great to have a refreshing swim and to be surrounded by beautiful palm trees. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I enjoyed the fact that the staff were helpful and accommodating.

There were some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the showers didn't have hot water which was a big problem for me.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful setting of Villa Valeria. The palm trees and lovely pool created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also offered a pool and massage options, adding to the overall experience. Despite a few drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
